Here is the 3 version of Nesting dolls (Matryoshka) It is currently at “Motion Gallery” downtown Calgary, they are for sale . One of a kind I will never try to copy previous dolls. It is not my usual type of art so there won’t be a lot of them. Something really special from my Russian crazy soul to you :)

This one is really weird and gory it calls “Hang in there” It is a man who was hung and when you open Matryoshka you take one layer of a body .
1) Is man himself
2) His bones
3) His guts
4) Stomach content
5) The Soul
Really unusual for me to paint something that different but I needed that. Let me know what do you think about those :)
They are one of a kind, and there will not be custom orders on Matryoshkas. I will be making them only when I have free time from my other projects. So keep your eyes open for more :)
P.S there is little secret which will be given to the owner :)
I got some blank Nesting Dolls recently and when I had mood for them I started to paint them. It is harder than it seems but not too bad, it was a lot of fun and thinking :) I’m Russian and Matryoshkas are one of the symbols in Russia and Europe so I thought to play with my imagination and symbolism I came up with this zombies.
They are one of a kind and I will show more later but this one is first :)

I was just looking at my pictures and saw this picture, for some reason it reminded me of a family picture. Dad, Baby and Mom.
Dad surprised thinking “where am I” and how many cups of coffee did he had in the morning or maybe he is trying to think where did he parked the car. Baby is talking and yelling BBABABLALLAALA. Mom is checking with her tongue if she has a lipstick on her teeth. Ahh good old family pictures :) 
And not there is crazy aunts and uncles :)

It was a great week, but I got little sick.
I have a lot of fun custom orders and I’m planning on starting them as soon as I get better, because when I don’t feel right I don’t enjoy what I do, and I want only positive energy surround my Needle Felted Art. But I did had enough energy to post new stuff on Etsy.

Yesterday I ha da bad mood, there was no reason just one of those day when everything goes opposite was from what you want. So in the end i decided to get rid of them monster by drawing him. NOW I feel so much better :)
Pretty ugly I say , but he still has some of my favourite colours . What is your bad mood monster looks like? and how often does he bugs you? :) Maybe I can needle felt it and you can throw him punch or too to get in the better mood?!
Today (Sunday) I was part of “Family Oasis” which was part of Lilac Festival, it was a great place witch wasn’t too busy or empty, it was just right. Lots of families where there and everybody enjoyed their time.
I want to thank all my customers. There where few repeat customers whom I really appreciate. I would love to see people sending me pictures of their “Mood Enhancers “ in funny places or poses :).
Also feel free to challenge me with some ideas, maybe a sketch or picture of a funny cloud? I think I will even make it a competition on best challenge and let people vote on best toy after :)
