Market Collective and Calgary Herald

I just got great news that MC got featured in Calgary Herald and when I was looking through pictures I saw my felted artwork there.

Also I started to make some new needle felted creatures for October MC here is a small sneak peek

Sorry I haven’t been updating my blog, just got too busy and then sick. But new shows are coming up, and I need to stay busy again. Really excited about October. My birthday is coming up and my parents are coming from Latvia, I want to show them all my art and crafts.

YAY Market Collective is going to have a weekend in October I’m so excited. I’m really happy because my parents will be visiting me from Latvia and I want to show them what it is about What I do and how I do my shows. So If you come to see me in October, you just might see my wonderful parents

I had a customer today and for some reason we didn't had what he needed, but he was trying to find a way to make things work with what we had. Couple of minutes later I give up and went away to do some chores. Later i thought ill check on him. When I asked if I can help him he said, no thanks but " I will give myself 2 minutes of optimism , before I give up"
It just stuck in my brain, how many times we get frustrated and leave the spot or a job, why can we take optimism from a little drawer in our brain, smile and figure thugs out. I thought it was very clever and from now on I will be using it :)

Also want to update on my next show … unfortunately it was cancelled due to No space. So ill keep you posted if ill have any October shows.

Ill try to have some Christmas shows but for now I don't know where or when if you have any suggestions ill take them Thanks

Friends are the best, or best friends :)

I had a great week, my best friend from Nederland's came and we had tons of fun. We used to live in Latvia and went to school together and we were funnies girls and everybody asked us to come to their party we were clowns , and now we are ladies we have husband and kids, but I didn't think we changed. We still silly girls who love to have fun and make people laugh.
